               Follow these steps-

                                                First download BOB LINK PATCH from following link-

1. go to start menu and click control panel

2.  In control panel go to all control panel items

3. click on internet option and go to security

4. now click on trusted site

5. click site button and select given sites eg. https://bob.ngm-fi.com

6. remove these sites

7. now type "https://bob.ngm-fi.com" and add it.

5. right click on WINDOW and click PERMISSION

6. check on full control click apply and ok

 RESTART UR COMPUTER

7.  now go to printer and faxes and set ur default printer.
