To solve this problem follow these steps-

1. Download mozilla firefox version 20. See below image

2. Now download java version 6 from following link

https://www.tinyurl.com/javaversion6

3. Install java and mozilla firefox

4. Open control panel and java

5. Go to advance tab in java and apply check on Enable tracing, enable logging, show applet lifecycle, show consol and click on ok as given in below image-

6. Now open firefox and go to add ons in firefox and click on plugins

7. In plug in enable java platform and java deployment

       now u can work
